How does the configurator work?
New! Our online configurator allows you to choose the cropping of your wallpaper exactly the way you want. We offer several options based on your wall shape: rectangular, square, half-height (perfect for dado walls), or XXL (for large walls).
But you’re not limited to these choices! You can freely select the format that suits you best. For example, you could use the rectangular format for a half-height wall, or vice versa, if the design appeals to you more.
Of course, our customisation DNA remains intact: if none of the standard croppings suits your wall, you can always request a personalised preview using the form under the link “Request a Personalised Preview”. You will receive your preview within 72 hours.
Can I personalise a wallpaper?
Yes! Most of our panoramic wallpaper designs can be personalised: you can change the colours, rearrange the elements, add a name, or simply adapt the design to the exact size of your wall.
To do this, simply submit a request via the personalisation form available on each product page. One of our graphic designers will reply within 24 to 72 hours. This is especially useful if your wall has specific constraints, such as a door, window, or sloped/attic wall, requiring a custom adjustment of the pattern. Don’t hesitate to include all relevant details to ensure a perfect result.
How is the wallpaper made?
Our wallpapers are made-to-measure and delivered as equal-sized strips, ready to hang. Each strip typically measures between 85 and 105 cm wide.
For example, for a wall 300 cm wide, you will receive 3 strips of 100 cm each. Unlike traditional rolls, this cutting method makes matching patterns easier for a perfect finish. Each strip is numbered to simplify installation.
When ordering, just provide us with your wall dimensions — we’ll handle the rest.
Why should I add margins?
We recommend adding 5 to 10 cm of extra margin to your wallpaper dimensions for several reasons:
Installation accuracy: Walls can have irregularities, uneven corners, or imperfections. Extra margin ensures the wallpaper fully covers your wall without gaps.
Ease of cutting and adjustment: Extra margins make it easier to trim and adjust the wallpaper to your wall’s specifics, ensuring a precise, professional finish.
What’s the difference between classic, premium, and pre-pasted wallpaper?
Classic and premium wallpapers are both non-woven types that require applying glue to the wall before hanging. Premium wallpaper is thicker, making it more covering and ideal for hiding wall imperfections. It is also washable with soapy water, making cleaning easy in case of stains or little hands. Premium wallpaper costs slightly more but provides longer durability and a superior finish.
Pre-pasted wallpaper, on the other hand, does not require extra glue. The adhesive is already applied on the back of each strip and is activated by spraying water.
The print quality remains the same across all three options: all our wallpapers are high-definition, ensuring vivid, detailed patterns that enhance your interiors.
How do I hang the wallpaper?
The main difference between non-woven and pre-pasted wallpaper is in the application method:
- Non-woven wallpaper: Glue is applied directly to the wall before hanging. It is strong and can hide wall imperfections due to its slightly thicker texture, ideal for long-lasting decoration with a high-quality finish.
- Pre-pasted wallpaper: Comes with adhesive already applied on the back, activated with water, so no glue is needed.
Both types deliver high-definition prints for crisp, vibrant patterns.
Which wallpaper paste should I use?
For classic and premium wallpapers, you need a paste specifically formulated for non-woven wallpaper, which provides the right adhesion for thicker and heavier wallpapers.
Pre-pasted wallpaper comes with self-adhesive backing, eliminating the need for glue. It is applied directly to the wall, making installation quick and easy, ideal for smaller areas.
What is the wallpaper weight (gsm)?
- Premium wallpaper: 185 g/m²
- Classic wallpaper: 170 g/m²
- Pre-pasted wallpaper: 185 g/m²
GSM indicates thickness and quality — the higher the weight, the thicker, stronger, and more durable the wallpaper.
How do I handle a sloped/attic wall?
If your wall is sloped:
- Contact us: Send a request with a sketch of your wall dimensions so our designers can adapt the wallpaper pattern.
- Measure: Determine the total width and height of the wall, following the slope.
- Order: Use the maximum wall dimensions for your order.
- Cut during installation: Trim the wallpaper along the slope with a craft knife for a perfect fit.
Note: We cannot make diagonal cuts in production, but following these steps ensures a customised finish for your sloped wall.
How do I calculate wallpaper dimensions?
All wallpapers are made-to-measure and prepared as equal-sized strips, ready to hang.
Measure your wall’s width (left to right) and height (floor to ceiling).
Add a 5–10 cm margin to ensure stress-free installation and to compensate for measurement errors.
For sloped walls, consider the maximum height — diagonal cuts are not possible in production.
Can I order a sample?
Yes! You can order a 20×20 cm sample directly on our website. Delivery takes around 10 days, as samples require special handling and are not kept in stock.
Is the wallpaper delivered in one strip or multiple strips?
Our wallpapers are made-to-measure according to your wall dimensions. To simplify installation, they are cut into equal-sized strips, usually 80–105 cm wide.
For wallpapers under 100 cm, they are sent as a single strip.

How do I install wallpaper on a sloped wall?
Clean the walls: Start by thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove any dust, dirt, grease, or stains. Use a damp cloth or soft sponge.
Repair imperfections: Fill any holes, cracks, or bumps using filler, then lightly sand once dry to achieve a smooth surface.
Remove old coverings: If there is existing wallpaper or peeling paint, remove it as much as possible. The wall should be clean and smooth.
Paint your walls white: If your walls are not white, we recommend repainting them in white or a similar neutral shade. This helps prevent the underlying colour from showing through, especially in bright light.
Can I apply wallpaper on painted walls?
Yes, you can apply wallpaper on painted walls. However, please consider the following:
- Condition of the paint: Make sure the paint is in good condition, properly adhered, and not peeling. If it is damaged, repair it before installation.
- Wall preparation: Clean the wall thoroughly to remove dust, grease, or dirt using a damp cloth.
- Neutral base: If your wall is not white, we recommend repainting it in a neutral tone to prevent colour from showing through the wallpaper.
Which paste should I use for classic and premium wallpaper?
For both classic and premium non-woven wallpaper, you should use a paste specifically designed for non-woven wallpaper. This ensures strong adhesion and an easy installation process.
Can I apply wallpaper on a textured or uneven wall?
Yes, but proper preparation is key:
- Prepare the surface: Clean thoroughly to ensure good adhesion.
- Texture level: Light to moderate texture is usually fine. For heavy texture, smoothing is recommended.
- Use a smoothing compound: Apply a skim coat if needed to create a flat surface, and let it dry completely.
- Choose the right wallpaper: Non-woven wallpaper is ideal for slightly textured walls due to its flexibility.
- Use quality paste: Ensures optimal adhesion, especially on uneven surfaces.
- Careful installation: Smooth the wallpaper carefully to remove air bubbles and ensure full contact.
How do I clean and maintain wallpaper?
To keep your wallpaper looking beautiful over time:
- Light dusting: Use a soft cloth or duster.
- Gentle cleaning: For light stains, use a slightly damp cloth with lukewarm water.
- Test first: Always test on a small hidden area.
- Stubborn stains: Use mild soap and water, then wipe gently.
- Avoid excess water: Too much moisture can damage the wallpaper.
- Dry properly: Use a clean dry cloth after cleaning.
- Prevention: Avoid rubbing or scratching the surface.
- Protection: In high-traffic areas, consider a protective clear coating.
