Do you have questions about wallpaper or interior design? You’re in the right place for all the information you need!

Before placing your order
As you may have noticed on our site, we do not offer a simulation tool or automatic cropping. Our wallpapers are customised based on your dimensions to ensure optimal results. You can request a personalised preview from the product page of the desired wallpaper and, if necessary, communicate with our designers to make adjustments based on the proposals received.
We recommend adding 5 to 10 cm of safety margins to the dimensions of your wallpaper for several reasons:
1. Installation accuracy : Walls may have irregularities, corners that aren’t perfectly straight, or imperfections. By adding safety margins, you ensure that the wallpaper fully covers the desired area without leaving gaps or uncovered spaces.
2. Ease of Cutting and Adjusting : Extra margins allow installers to cut and adjust the wallpaper more easily to fit the specifics of each wall. This makes the installation more precise and professional.
To install our wallpapers, you will need to purchase a glue specifically formulated for non-woven wallpapers. This type of glue has specific adhesive properties that are suitable for non-woven wallpapers, which are generally thicker and heavier than traditional wallpapers.
Premium wallpaper has a weight of 185 g/m², while classic wallpaper has a weight of 170 g/m². The grammage is an important indication of the thickness and quality of the wallpaper. The higher the grammage, the thicker, sturdier, and more durable the wallpaper will be.
If you have a sloped wall, we recommend following these steps:
1- Special request: Send a special request to our designers with a sketch of your wall’s dimensions to adapt the wallpaper pattern according to your wall’s size. This will allow you to obtain a customised design that fits your wall’s constraints.
2- Calculating dimensions: Measure the total height and width of your wall, following the shape of the slope.
3- Order: Order the wallpaper based on the maximum dimensions of your wall (the tallest height).
4- Cutting during installation: When installing, use a utility knife to cut the wallpaper to match the shape of the slope. Make sure to cut accurately for the best result.
All our wallpapers are custom cut and prepared in several equal strips, ready to be installed.
To place your order, you will need to take precise measurements of the total width and height of your wall. This means you should use a measuring tape or ruler to measure the width of the wall from left to right and the height from the floor to the ceiling.
However, it is important to add a safety margin to these measurements. We generally recommend adding an additional 5 to 10 centimeters to the total width and height of your wall. This extra margin ensures a stress-free installation and compensates for any small measuring errors.
If your wall has a specific configuration, such as a sloped wall, it is essential to consider the maximum height of the wall. For sloped walls, we cannot make diagonal cuts. Therefore, be sure to measure the maximum height available to avoid any disappointment when receiving your wallpaper.
Yes, you can order a sample of the desired product directly on our site in the following dimensions: 30×30 cm. It will be shipped within 5 to 8 business days.
Our wallpapers are custom-made based on your dimensions. To simplify installation, they are cut into several equal strips tailored to the size of your wall. Generally, the strips measure between 80 and 105 cm in width.

The installation of wallpaper
Cleaning the walls : Start by thoroughly cleaning the walls to remove any dirt, dust, grease, or stains. Use a damp cloth or a soft sponge for this step.
Repairing imperfections : Identify and repair any imperfections on the walls, such as holes, cracks, or bumps. Use joint filler to fill in the holes, then lightly sand once dry to achieve a smooth surface.
Removing old coverings : If you have existing wallpaper or peeling paint, remove them as much as possible. Ensure that the wall surface is clean and smooth.
Painting your walls White : If your walls are not white, we recommend repainting them white or in a similar neutral shade. This helps prevent the existing color from showing through the wallpaper, especially under bright light.
Yes, you can apply wallpaper on painted walls. However, it is important to consider a few key factors:
- Condition of the existing paint: Ensure that the existing paint is in good condition, adheres well to the wall, and is not peeling. If you notice any flaking paint, it’s best to repair this before applying your wallpaper for optimal adhesion.
- Preparation of the walls: Thoroughly clean the painted walls to remove dirt, grease, or dust. A damp cloth works well for this cleaning step, ensuring a smooth surface for your wallpaper application.
- Color considerations: If your walls are not white, consider repainting them white or in a neutral shade. This prevents the existing color from bleeding through the wallpaper, especially in bright light, resulting in a cleaner finish.
Yes, it is possible to apply wallpaper on a textured or uneven wall, but there are a few important considerations to keep in mind:
- Wall Preparation: Before applying wallpaper, thoroughly clean the wall to remove any dirt, dust, or grease. This ensures better adhesion of the wallpaper.
- Level of Texture: The success of applying wallpaper on a textured wall depends on the level of texture. If the texture is light to moderate, you can apply the wallpaper directly. However, if the texture is very pronounced, you may need to smooth the wall using a leveling compound.
- Leveling Compound: If the wall is very uneven or textured, consider applying a leveling compound to achieve a flatter, more uniform surface. Allow the compound to dry completely before applying the wallpaper.
- Suitable Wallpaper: Choose wallpaper suitable for your type of wall. Non-woven wallpapers are often recommended for slightly textured walls because they are more flexible and can better conform to the surface.
- Quality Adhesive: Use high-quality adhesive for optimal wallpaper adhesion, especially on textured surfaces.
- Careful Installation: During installation, be sure to smooth the wallpaper onto the wall to eliminate air bubbles and ensure good contact with the surface.
How to maintain and clean wallpaper once it is installed?
Once your wallpaper is installed, it’s important to take care of it to preserve its appearance and durability. Here are some maintenance and cleaning tips:
- Light dusting: To remove light dust, use a duster or a soft, dry cloth. Gently wipe the surface of the wallpaper to remove accumulated dust.
- Gentle cleaning: For light stains or dirt, use a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products or strong detergents, as they may damage the wallpaper.
- Pre-testing: Before cleaning a large area, always test on a small, inconspicuous area of the wallpaper to ensure that water does not alter the color or texture.
- Stubborn stains: If stains persist, you can try to remove them gently with a mixture of water and mild soap. Apply the mixture to the stain, let it sit briefly, then gently wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
- Avoid excess water: Avoid saturating the wallpaper with water, as excessive moisture can damage the adhesive and the surface of the paper. Always use slightly damp cloths or sponges.
- Gentle drying: After cleaning, ensure that the surface of the wallpaper is completely dry. Use a clean, dry cloth to remove any traces of moisture.
- Prevention: To prevent stains and damage, avoid rubbing or scraping the wallpaper. Be particularly cautious around high-traffic areas.
- Protection: If you have walls with wallpaper in areas exposed to significant wear, consider applying a clear protective varnish to help preserve the wallpaper.
By following these simple tips, you can maintain the beauty of your wallpaper for many years.
