The company is headquartered at 52 boulevard Risso, 06300 Nice, France.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations related to the products and services we provide. By purchasing any of these goods or services, you agree to these terms.
UNIWAY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force at the time of payment (or the first payment in case of multiple payments) of the order.
UNIWAY ensures that acceptance of the terms is clear and unreserved by implementing a checkbox and a validation click. The Client declares having read all the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, the Special Conditions of Sale relating to a product or service, and accepts them without restriction or reservation.
The Client acknowledges having received the necessary advice and information to ensure that the offer meets their needs.
The Client declares that they are legally able to contract under French law or validly represent the individual or legal entity for which they are contracting.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all transactions.
Prices
The prices of products sold via our website are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs, and are clearly detailed on the product description pages. They are also shown in euros (incl. VAT and any other applicable taxes) on the order summary page, excluding specific shipping fees.
For products shipped outside the European Union and/or French overseas territories, the price is automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties may be applicable in some cases. These charges are not the responsibility of the Seller and are to be borne by the buyer (including declarations, payments to competent authorities, etc.). The Seller recommends the buyer seek information from relevant local authorities.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time in the future. The telecommunications costs necessary to access the Company’s websites are at the Client’s expense, as are any delivery charges.
Sales to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, England, Canada, the USA or African countries, are subject to customs duties.
Availability
The customer is informed about product availability on each product page.
Ordering Process
According to article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code, the Client must follow a series of steps to place an order. This process may differ depending on the selected product.
Wallpaper Orders
To order wallpaper, you must provide us with the desired dimensions for printing. If the wallpaper is customizable, an additional field will allow you to enter details (e.g., a name). Once submitted, you’ll be redirected to the cart to finalize your purchase. You’ll be able to review the order details and, if necessary, correct errors or cancel your order.
The order is confirmed once payment is validated. The Client will receive confirmation by email.
Commande de stickers ou affiches
To order a sticker (wall decal) or poster, you can choose from a range of designs. Some are customizable. After selecting the design, you can choose from the available formats (size depends on the model). You will then be redirected to the cart to complete the purchase. You can review the details, make corrections if needed, or cancel the order.
The order is confirmed upon payment. The Client will receive an email confirming payment.
Records of communications, orders, order details, and invoices are stored on a reliable, durable medium and constitute a faithful copy in accordance with article 1360 of the French Civil Code. These records can be used as proof of the contract.
For delivered products, shipping will be made to the address indicated by the Client. To ensure proper fulfillment of the order, the Client agrees to provide truthful identification details. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order, for example in case of abnormal request, bad faith, or any legitimate reason.
Payment
Payment must be made online and is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order items.
Accepted payment methods: Credit or debit card via Stripe, PayPal.
Your account will be charged upon order confirmation.
Online payments are secured via the SSL protocol, ensuring the confidentiality of banking information. Therefore, it is impossible for this data to be read during entry or transmission online. For each transaction, the client is connected to the payment processing center server, managed by Banque CIC.
Banking data is not transmitted through UNIWAY and is not stored on UNIWAY servers. Consequently, the client must re-enter their details for each order. These details are encrypted and protected.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend solely on the delivery method and delivery area:

Additionnal shipping fees – Orders Outside the European Union:
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery by local customs authorities.
Please note that delivery times may be longer due to possible customs inspections or delays. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about any applicable duties or procedures.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is made to the address provided by the client during the checkout stage. Each order is processed upon validation, Monday through Friday.
Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days after payment is received.
In case of delay, it is advised to contact customer service via the Help & Contact page. Upon review and agreement with the client, UNIWAY may refund the product and outbound shipping costs under Article L138-3 of the French Consumer Code. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party carriers or postal services.
A contact email is provided in the order confirmation to ensure order tracking. Once the Client takes physical possession of the products, all risks of loss or damage are transferred to the Client. The Client must notify the carrier of any issues upon delivery.
If a parcel is damaged (opened, visibly impacted) or missing products due to transit damage, the client may refuse the package and must note “Refused due to damage” on the delivery slip.
Returns Policy
Clients may return a product in its original packaging within 2 months of receiving it.
We do not offer refunds on custom-made or personalized products (e.g., printed and cut-to-measure wallpapers, custom designs). These can only be replaced or exchanged in case of defects (e.g., defective product, incorrect print, wrong measurements).
All products or services with visible defects caused by UNIWAY will be replaced or refunded.
To return a product, the client must ensure that the returned item (defective or not) is securely packaged. Items must be well protected in the box.

Produits et services
The essential characteristics and prices of the products are available on our website. For some items, prices vary based on options such as size or customization. The total amount due is shown on the order confirmation page. Product prices do not include shipping, which is shown during the checkout process.
If products or services are not provided immediately, clear information about delivery times is provided on the product page. The client acknowledges having received details on shipping costs, payment, delivery, execution, and seller information.
The Seller agrees to fulfill the Client’s order within available stock. If unavailable, the Client will be informed and may choose to cancel or receive a refund.
Contractual information is presented in French. Images or photos are for illustration only and not legally binding.
Product & Services
Products must be inspected before installation. Any defect must be reported to UNIWAY. No claims will be accepted after use or installation. Installation costs (at your expense) are non-refundable.
Color variations may occur between prints. Replacements are offered only if the differences are clearly visible.
Differences may also occur between screen previews and printed results. We are not liable for discrepancies due to monitor settings. We recommend requesting a printed sample if exact color matching is crucial. Claims regarding color will only be accepted if a sample was requested and approved.
In accordance with Article L.411-1 of the French Consumer Code, our products comply with current safety and consumer protection regulations.
In addition to any commercial warranty, we are liable for product defects and hidden flaws.
Under the legal provisions (Article 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), we will refund or replace defective or incorrect products. Refunds can be requested thought our client service. Please us our contact form.
Availability and display
If a product is unavailable for more than 5 business days, you will be informed and may cancel your order. You can choose to receive a credit note or a full refund.
Warranties
All products sold on www.babywall.fr are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Art. L211-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Under Articles L.611-1 to L.616-3 of the French Consumer Code, consumers are informed that they may seek mediation under the conditions defined by the law.
If the issue is not resolved through UNIWAY’s customer service within two months, the consumer can refer the matter to a mediator for an independent and amicable solution.
Force majeure
The Seller’s obligations are suspended in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent fulfillment. The Client will be notified as soon as possible.
Data protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Uniway processes personal data for the purpose of selling and delivering the products/services specified in this contract.

All terms in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the related sales transactions are governed by French law.
Invalidity of a clause does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
